Event Bonuses You Won’t Want to Miss
The Community Day will be filled with several enticing bonuses to enhance your gameplay experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- 3× XP for catching Pokémon: This is a fantastic opportunity to level up quickly.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon: Stock up on Candy to power up your Pokémon.
- 2× chance for Trainers Level 31 and above to receive Candy XL: This boosts your chances of getting rare Candy from catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours: Keep those Pokémon coming with longer-lasting Lure Modules.
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) will also last for three hours: Make the most of your time with enhanced Incense effects.

By logging into the game at any point during the Community Day, you can engage in tasks that ultimately lead to an encounter with a Vanillite featuring a special background. Keep in mind that this Timed Research must be completed and the rewards claimed by May 4, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
Exclusive Community Day Special Research
For those looking for an extra challenge, a Special Research task will be available for a fee of $2.00 (or equivalent pricing in your local currency). This exclusive research will provide several rewards, including:
- 3 encounters with Vanillite that have a Might and Mastery-themed Special Background.
- Additional encounters with Vanillite to increase your chances of catching this Ice-type Pokémon.
- 1 Premium Battle Pass to help you in future raids.
- 1 Rare Candy XL as a bonus reward.
