Event Timing
The Delightful Days event will kick off on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT -7). As the season begins, trainers can expect a few important changes and updates to their GO Battle League experience.
Key Updates for This Season
At the onset of this season, several notable changes will be implemented:
End-of-Season Rewards: Players will be able to claim their end-of-season rewards directly from the Battle screen.
Rank Resets: All trainers will have their GO Battle League ranks reset to give everyone a fair chance to climb the ranks anew.

Special Events and Bonuses
The GO Battle Weekend: Delightful Days will take place from Friday, August 15, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. During this weekend, trainers can look forward to some fantastic bonuses:
4× Stardust from Winning Rewards: This boost applies to every victory, not including end-of-set rewards.
Increased Daily Sets: Trainers can play a maximum of 20 sets daily, allowing for up to 100 battles in total during this period.
Free Timed Research: Engage in battle-themed Timed Research for rewards. This includes unique avatar shoes inspired by a renowned Battle Tower competitor.
- Wider Pokémon Variance: Pokémon obtained through GO Battle League rewards will feature a greater range of Attack, Defense, and HP stats.

GO Battle League Timed Research Pass: For the most dedicated battlers, a complimentary Timed Research Pass will be available in the in-game shop. This pass will allow players to track their victories throughout the season. Each research page will require 100 wins for completion, rewarding trainers with Stardust and items like Rare Candy XL, an Elite Fast TM for 400 wins, and an Elite Charged TM for 500 wins.
Avatar Items and Additional Rewards
As part of the Delightful Days event, trainers can earn unique avatar items inspired by characters from Pokémon Sword and Shield:

Themed Cups for This Season
This season will also spotlight several themed cups, each with unique restrictions on Pokémon eligibility:
Sunshine Cup: Great League Edition: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP, and only Normal, Fire, Grass, and Ground-types are eligible.
Fossil Cup: Great League Edition: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP, with Water, Rock, and Steel-types allowed.
Summer Cup: Ultra League Edition: Pokémon must be at or below 2,500 CP, including Normal, Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, and Bug-types.
Element Cup: Little Edition: Pokémon must be at or below 500 CP, featuring only Fire, Water, and Grass-types that have not evolved.
Hisui Cup: Great League Edition: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP, restricted to those first discovered in the Hisui region or with specific Pokédex numbers.
