Not only will trainers be able to catch Pawmi, but after the event, they can evolve their Pawmo (the first evolution of Pawmi) into Pawmot. Evolving Pawmo during the week following the event grants it the powerful Charged Attack, Brick Break.
Special Event Bonuses
To make this event even more exciting, various bonuses will be available:
Limited-Time Evolution Requirement: You can evolve Pawmo into Pawmot after walking just 1 kilometer with it as your buddy. This bonus is available until May 18, 2025, at 10:00 PM local time.
Egg Hatch Distance: Eggs placed in Incubators during the event will hatch at a quarter of the usual distance.
Double Candy: Trainers will receive double the Candy when catching Pokémon, making it a fantastic opportunity to stock up.
Candy XL Boost: For Trainers at level 31 and above, there’s a doubled chance to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
Extended Lure Modules: Any Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.

Special Trades: You can make one additional Special Trade, for a total of two Trades on the day, and trades will require 50% less Stardust.

For just $1.99 (or equivalent in your local currency), trainers can access the exclusive Pawmi Community Day Special Research. This research will provide even more rewards and encounters with Pawmi. Players who complete this research task will receive:
- Three encounters with Pawmi featuring a seasonal special background.
- Additional encounters with Pawmi.
- One Premium Battle Pass.
- One Rare Candy XL.
As is customary, event-themed Field Research will also be available for free, allowing trainers to complete tasks focused on catching Pawmi to earn rewards like Stardust, Great Balls, and more.
Timed Research After the Event

Trainers who log in during the Community Day will gain access to a special Timed Research opportunity that lasts for one week following the event.
