The soundtrack, composed by Jordan Aguirre (known as bliNd), employs subtle orchestral arrangements that gain intensity during key moments, particularly during boss battles. In quieter sections, ambient sounds and silence dominate, enhancing the feelings of isolation and decay prevalent throughout the Atromitos.

Adrestia boasts a diverse arsenal and skill set. The Gladius allows for directional attacks and counterattacks, while the Legionnaire's Spear can be thrown and retrieved. The Nyx Shield offers defensive capabilities, reflecting projectiles based on the player's reaction time. Additionally, the game features a bow, axe, and various other tools that can be unlocked as players progress. While these combat options are generally effective, moments of intense fighting can expose issues with responsiveness and control stiffness.
